Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before initiating a request:

  1. Return/Exchange Request Window
    Customers must inform us of their intention to return or exchange a product within 7 days of receiving the order.

  2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
    A video proof of the package being opened is required for all return or exchange requests. This helps us ensure transparency and resolve any issues efficiently.the video should be uncut.

  3. Product Condition

    • The product must be unused and unworn. Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted.

    • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact and undamaged.

    • If your order included a gift item or freebie, it must also be returned unused and in its original condition.

  4. Packaging Requirements

    • Any special box or packaging provided with the parcel must be returned without damage.

    • Returns will not be accepted if the box or special packaging is missing or tampered with.

  5. Non-Compliance
    Returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions will not be processed, and the item(s) will be sent back to the customer.

  • Return Policy:
    We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. However, we offer exchanges for most items within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Non-Eligible Products:
    The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Custom-made items

    • Sale or discounted items

    • Altered or personalized products (e.g., products with embroidery or stitching services)

  • Exchange Process:
    To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send an email to [your email address] with your order number, product details, and reason for the exchange. We will guide you through the process.

  • Condition for Exchange:
    The item should be in resalable condition with original tags and packaging intact. Once the product is returned to us, we will process the exchange as soon as possible.

  • 1. Return/Exchange Request Timeline

    • All return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

    • A mandatory unboxing video (recorded in one take, without any cuts) is required to process any return, exchange, or claim.


    2. Product Condition Requirements

    • Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with tags, labels, and original packaging intact.

    • Any special boxes or gift packaging must also be returned without any damage.

    • If the order includes free items or surprise gifts, these must also be returned unused.


    3. Return Charges

    • A 1% deduction of the product amount will be applied as return processing charges.
      Example: For a product worth ₹1000, ₹10 will be deducted as a return fee.


    4. Special Discounts & Sale Items

    • Products purchased under special discounts or clearance sales are not eligible for return, unless the item is damaged during transit.

    • In such cases, customers must provide uncut video proof clearly showing the damage upon unboxing.


    5. Membership-Based Returns

    • If you've applied for our Special Membership, your returns will be handled according to the exclusive terms and benefits applicable under that membership plan.


    6. Wrong or Damaged Product Received

    • In the rare case that you receive a wrong or damaged item, you must share an uncut unboxing video as proof.

    • Our products are securely packed and video-documented before dispatch. Any damage occurring in transit is considered a shipping issue, and customers must still provide video evidence to claim a return or exchange.

    • If any product includes a gift or surprise gift, we will send it along with the product. But if the customer returns the product, then the gift or surprise gift must also be returned.

    7. Refund Timeline

    • If your return request is approved and all conditions are met, the refund will be processed within 5 working days of confirmation.
